Amazon + Klaviyo integration
Use Amazon product, stock and sales signals in Klaviyo flows for your own store's subscribers, within Amazon's data rules.
The data that moves between Amazon and Klaviyo.
- Product stock status and best-seller signals from Amazon
Data flows from Amazon into Klaviyo. Nothing is written back to Amazon, so your listings and orders are never changed by this integration.
What teams use it for.
For sellers
- Trigger back-in-stock campaigns when FBA stock returns
- Promote Amazon best-sellers to your own subscribers
- Keep promotions consistent across channels
Official APIs on both sides, run like production software.
Authorised access
Login with Amazon authorisation and Klaviyo's own auth. No shared passwords, no screen scraping.
Mapped to your setup
Fields, accounts, locations and rules mapped to how you use Klaviyo, not a generic default.
Reliable by design
Queues, retries within Amazon's rate limits, and alerts when something needs a human.
Logged and auditable
Every record synced is logged, so you can trace any order, invoice or stock change.
Amazon + Klaviyo questions.
Can we email Amazon customers through Klaviyo?
No. Amazon's policies don't allow using Amazon buyer data for marketing. This integration uses product and sales signals only, for your own store's subscribers.
Do you use official Amazon APIs?
Yes. We build on the Selling Partner API and Vendor APIs (or EDI for Vendor Central where that is the agreed channel), using authorised access through Login with Amazon. We don't scrape Seller Central or Vendor Central.
Can this work for both Seller Central and Vendor Central?
Yes. Seller (3P) and Vendor (1P) accounts use different Amazon APIs, so we design each flow for the account types you actually run. Many clients run both.
How long does an integration take?
It depends on the number of flows, data volume and how much custom mapping your setup needs. After a short discovery call we give you a fixed scope and timeline.
Who hosts and maintains it?
Your choice. We can host it on AWS for you with monitoring and alerts, or deploy it into your own cloud account. Either way we offer ongoing maintenance as Amazon and the other system change their APIs.
