Enquiries

When you contact us through the enquiry form or by email, we receive the details you provide: typically your name, email address, company, role and message. We use them only to answer your enquiry and, if we work together, to prepare and carry out that work. For visitors in the EU/EEA or UK the legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep enquiry data for as long as needed for the enquiry and any resulting engagement, then delete it unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Please do not send Amazon passwords, access tokens, private keys or your customers' personal data. We never ask for them.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When you visit, the host's servers process technical data such as your IP address, the page requested, the time and your browser type, to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. This is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The host keeps these logs for a short period.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) to understand how the site is used, for example which pages are visited. Google Analytics is not loaded at all unless you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you accept, Google sets cookies named _ga and _ga_* and processes usage data, including a shortened IP address, possibly on servers in the USA. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page; withdrawing consent removes the cookies.

Your choice itself is stored only in your browser (local storage, key amz-consent) and is not sent to us. We use no other cookies. Fonts are served from this site, not from Google Fonts.

Who receives data

Besides the host and, with your consent, Google, data is shared only with providers we use to receive and answer email and enquiries, and only as needed for that. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for automated decision-making.

International transfers

We are based in India, and some providers process data in the USA. Where data from the EU/EEA or UK is transferred, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests or withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@amzlogic.com. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, in the EU/EEA usually the one where you live or work. If you are in India, you have the rights given by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, which you can exercise through the same address.

Changes

We will update this page when the way we handle data changes.
