Amazon + Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Dataverse) questions.
Which Dynamics 365 products are supported?
Apps built on Dataverse (such as Sales and Customer Service) through the Dataverse Web API. For Business Central or Finance & Operations we use those products' own APIs, which we confirm in discovery.
Do you use official Amazon APIs?
Yes. We build on the Selling Partner API and Vendor APIs (or EDI for Vendor Central where that is the agreed channel), using authorised access through Login with Amazon. We don't scrape Seller Central or Vendor Central.
Can this work for both Seller Central and Vendor Central?
Yes. Seller (3P) and Vendor (1P) accounts use different Amazon APIs, so we design each flow for the account types you actually run. Many clients run both.
How long does an integration take?
It depends on the number of flows, data volume and how much custom mapping your setup needs. After a short discovery call we give you a fixed scope and timeline.
Who hosts and maintains it?
Your choice. We can host it on AWS for you with monitoring and alerts, or deploy it into your own cloud account. Either way we offer ongoing maintenance as Amazon and the other system change their APIs.
