Amazon + NetSuite integration
Connect Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central to Oracle NetSuite so orders, purchase orders, inventory and settlements flow into your ERP without manual entry.
Vendor Central · Vendor APIs / EDI
The data that moves between Amazon and NetSuite.
- Amazon orders as NetSuite sales orders, with customer and tax mapping
- Vendor Central purchase orders as sales orders
- FBA inventory levels and inbound shipment status
- Settlement reports as journal entries, with fees, refunds and reimbursements split out
- Available quantity for merchant-fulfilled listings, per location
- Shipment confirmations and tracking from item fulfilments
- Vendor PO acknowledgements, ASNs and invoices
- Price changes from NetSuite price levels
What teams use it for.
For sellers
- Create NetSuite sales orders and fulfilments for every Amazon order
- Keep FBA and warehouse stock visible in NetSuite
- Post each settlement with fees by type so month-end reconciliation is quick
For vendors
- Turn Vendor POs into NetSuite sales orders automatically
- Send acknowledgements, ASNs and invoices from NetSuite records
- Match remittances and deductions to the original invoice
Official APIs on both sides, run like production software.
Authorised access
Login with Amazon authorisation and NetSuite's own auth. No shared passwords, no screen scraping.
Mapped to your setup
Fields, accounts, locations and rules mapped to how you use NetSuite, not a generic default.
Reliable by design
Queues, retries within Amazon's rate limits, and alerts when something needs a human.
Logged and auditable
Every record synced is logged, so you can trace any order, invoice or stock change.
Amazon + NetSuite questions.
Does this replace a NetSuite connector app?
It can. Off-the-shelf connectors cover common cases; we build when you need custom mapping, Vendor Central support, multi-subsidiary logic or settlement accounting that matches how your finance team works.
Do you use official Amazon APIs?
Yes. We build on the Selling Partner API and Vendor APIs (or EDI for Vendor Central where that is the agreed channel), using authorised access through Login with Amazon. We don't scrape Seller Central or Vendor Central.
Can this work for both Seller Central and Vendor Central?
Yes. Seller (3P) and Vendor (1P) accounts use different Amazon APIs, so we design each flow for the account types you actually run. Many clients run both.
How long does an integration take?
It depends on the number of flows, data volume and how much custom mapping your setup needs. After a short discovery call we give you a fixed scope and timeline.
Who hosts and maintains it?
Your choice. We can host it on AWS for you with monitoring and alerts, or deploy it into your own cloud account. Either way we offer ongoing maintenance as Amazon and the other system change their APIs.
