Amazon + Cin7 integration
Connect Amazon to Cin7 so stock, orders and purchase orders stay in step across your warehouses, FBA and Vendor Central.
Vendor Central · Vendor APIs / EDI
The data that moves between Amazon and Cin7.
- Amazon orders as Cin7 sales
- FBA stock as a dedicated location
- Vendor Central purchase orders
- Available stock per channel
- Shipment confirmations and tracking
- Vendor ASNs and invoices
What teams use it for.
For sellers
- Keep one stock position across warehouses and FBA
- Book Amazon sales into Cin7 automatically
- Plan FBA replenishment from Cin7 data
For vendors
- Process Vendor POs from Cin7 without re-keying
Official APIs on both sides, run like production software.
Authorised access
Login with Amazon authorisation and Cin7's own auth. No shared passwords, no screen scraping.
Mapped to your setup
Fields, accounts, locations and rules mapped to how you use Cin7, not a generic default.
Reliable by design
Queues, retries within Amazon's rate limits, and alerts when something needs a human.
Logged and auditable
Every record synced is logged, so you can trace any order, invoice or stock change.
Amazon + Cin7 questions.
Does this work with Cin7 Core and Cin7 Omni?
Yes. The two products have different APIs, so we confirm which one you use during discovery and build to it.
Do you use official Amazon APIs?
Yes. We build on the Selling Partner API and Vendor APIs (or EDI for Vendor Central where that is the agreed channel), using authorised access through Login with Amazon. We don't scrape Seller Central or Vendor Central.
Can this work for both Seller Central and Vendor Central?
Yes. Seller (3P) and Vendor (1P) accounts use different Amazon APIs, so we design each flow for the account types you actually run. Many clients run both.
How long does an integration take?
It depends on the number of flows, data volume and how much custom mapping your setup needs. After a short discovery call we give you a fixed scope and timeline.
Who hosts and maintains it?
Your choice. We can host it on AWS for you with monitoring and alerts, or deploy it into your own cloud account. Either way we offer ongoing maintenance as Amazon and the other system change their APIs.
