Amazon + Linnworks integration
Extend Linnworks with custom Amazon flows, such as Vendor Central, multi-account rules and finance data, that go beyond the standard channel.
Vendor Central · Vendor APIs / EDI
The data that moves between Amazon and Linnworks.
- Vendor Central purchase orders
- Settlement and fee data
- Extra Amazon reports
- Vendor acknowledgements, ASNs and invoices
- Custom listing and price rules
What teams use it for.
For sellers
- Add finance and report data that the standard channel doesn't carry
- Apply custom rules across several Amazon accounts
- Feed Linnworks data to your warehouse or BI
For vendors
- Run Vendor Central POs through Linnworks
Official APIs on both sides, run like production software.
Authorised access
Login with Amazon authorisation and Linnworks's own auth. No shared passwords, no screen scraping.
Mapped to your setup
Fields, accounts, locations and rules mapped to how you use Linnworks, not a generic default.
Reliable by design
Queues, retries within Amazon's rate limits, and alerts when something needs a human.
Logged and auditable
Every record synced is logged, so you can trace any order, invoice or stock change.
Amazon + Linnworks questions.
Linnworks already lists on Amazon. What do you add?
We add what the standard channel doesn't cover, like Vendor Central, settlement accounting, Brand Analytics data or custom business rules, without replacing what already works.
Do you use official Amazon APIs?
Yes. We build on the Selling Partner API and Vendor APIs (or EDI for Vendor Central where that is the agreed channel), using authorised access through Login with Amazon. We don't scrape Seller Central or Vendor Central.
Can this work for both Seller Central and Vendor Central?
Yes. Seller (3P) and Vendor (1P) accounts use different Amazon APIs, so we design each flow for the account types you actually run. Many clients run both.
How long does an integration take?
It depends on the number of flows, data volume and how much custom mapping your setup needs. After a short discovery call we give you a fixed scope and timeline.
Who hosts and maintains it?
Your choice. We can host it on AWS for you with monitoring and alerts, or deploy it into your own cloud account. Either way we offer ongoing maintenance as Amazon and the other system change their APIs.
